  8. Discuss and Take Action to Declare a Local Civil Preparedness Emergency for an additional 21-day period from April 27th – May 18th.
  9. Discuss and take action on possible changes to the October referendum timeline including modifications to the Resolution adopted on February 24, 2020.
  10. Discuss and take action to adopt policies and procedures for eligibility guidelines for the Tax Deferment Program approved at the last meeting.
  11. Discuss and take action to approve Line Item Transfers totaling $33,959.75.
