3. Welcome Director of Human Resources Deb Milardo review staffing and personnel in a prospective community center. 

4. Report from Dick and Bill on the  May 17 SHPO Annual Conference.

5. Discuss and take action to prepare for our two-stage Public Information Session, on June 12 @ 3:00 and 7:00 PM; as well as including an outside person involved with the CIP process. 

6. Discuss a Discuss and take action to estimate the number of future hours of consultation services needed from Colliers and QA+M Architects. s
