Approval of May 14, 2021 minutes- discuss and action         

Chair’s report:   Introduction of new Director of beach and Recreation Department.

The Meeting will be moved to Town campus if raining; email message at 5 PM if change in location. Playscape needs some gentle work, path to sand box, Door on Library, a little brush work. Playground is popular and getting good use .New Outdoor classroom ready to replace old one. Roads from Renee’s Way to the Old Dead Station on Dead Hill Road in good shape after wind storms and all the rain.

Projects that Austin has taken on and progress reports- CPFA and town of Madison agreement on NET trails.

Jason-Removal trees, Pump Track resurface in first week of August, composting toilets

Rich- Coan Pond trail report

 Cecily-Protecting trails under restoration: Mica Ledges re-routing blue trail, Bring Yellow tape for potential use.

Pollinator garden-update on invasives; plan for clearing dead stuff; Grant opportunity and forming a steering committee.

Great opportunity for other Rockland projects
