7. Discuss and take action to approve a donation from Neighbor-2-Neighbor in the amount of $20,000 to be used for the Covid Relief Fund. 

8. Discuss and take action to approve awarding the contract or the Bradley Road
Pedestrian Improvements project to Star Construction Corporation of Stratford, Connecticut for a total bid amount of $205,886.50.

9. Update on Town Beach Policies and Public Safety concerns. 

10. Discuss and take action to approve waiving the bid requirements for the re-analysis of Garvin Point bulkhead project. 

11. Discuss a recommendation from the Economic Development Commission to modify the current Tax Incentive Policy (adopted by the Board of Selectmen on May 29, 2018).

12. Review Emergency Operations with Town Attorney, Floyd Dugas. 

13. Discuss FY 2021-2020 Budget process and calendar.

Resignation from Frank Guarascio from the Conservation Commission.
