1. Discuss and take action to approve minutes of July 23, 2019. 

2. Review presentation of Progress Report to the BOS dated July 30, and discuss public feedback provided.

3. Discuss the recent article in The Source about our Progress Report to the BOS.   

4. Review and discuss Dick and Bill’s presentations to the BOE and the B&R Commission.

5. Discuss and take action to prepare for and schedule presentations to Finance Director Stacy Nobitz  and the BOF.  

6. Discuss and take action on developing future tasks and goals for our committee, including how to convey our findings to the public. 

7. Public Comment. 

8. Adjournment.
