11.Discuss and take action on awarding professional service to Celtic Energy Inc. (CEI) to perform a high-level go/no-go microgrid project feasibility study for the Town Campus and Green Hill Campus. The maximum fee will be $10,000, as outlined in the proposal, to be billed at an hourly rate for said service. CEI is on the state approve bid list.
