ACADEMY COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE

5:30 – 6:30 PM

Location: Town Campus Hammonasset Room  

1.    Call to order.

2.    Approval of minutes of Oct 20 meeting.

3.    Reflections on our tours of the Academy building.

4.    Review and distinguish the different types of information to be solicited from a survey/questionnaire (i.e., residents’ interests) vs interviews with activity/focus groups (i.e., requested features in the building).

5.    Review and discuss different formats for a public interest survey/questionnaire.  Consider committee members’ suggestions for questions. 

6.    Action items.

7.    Public comment.

8.    Adjournment.
