1.    Call to order.

2.    Approval of minutes of Nov 10 meeting.

3.    Interface with Academy Building Committee  --- Bill.

Report from Austin on his meeting with the ABC.

4.    Update on Public Survey on Madison Town Website; coordination with Town Webmaster Rita Boland  ---  John & Bill.

5.    Update on survey postcard with QR Code  --- Lisa.

6.    Discuss distribution of survey postcards, e.g., at the Madison Turkey Trot  and other venues.    

7.    Discuss and take action to schedule interest groups for interviews with the committee.                                                                       

Cultural Arts  ---- Joan and Bill.

8.    Action items.

9.    Public comment.

10.    Adjournment.
