1.    Call to order.

2.    Approval of minutes of Nov 17 meeting.

3.    Interface with Academy Building Committee.

--- Report from Scott on his meeting with the Building Committee.

--- Review comments/questions from the Building Committee about the survey.

--- Discuss making survey data available to the Building Committee.

--- Discuss possible December dates for a joint meeting with the Building Committee  (Tuesday 12/27 ?).

4.    Report on Turkey Trot and Santa/Small Business Saturday  --- Lisa.

5.    Schedule and volunteers for handing out postcards at future town events.

6.    Report on Academy Public Survey results to date  ---  John.

--- Discuss and take action to develop a system for “scoring” or categorizing comments written into the survey.

7.    Discuss and take action to schedule interest groups for interviews with the committee.                                                                       

8.    Action items.

9.    Public comment.

10.    Adjournment.
