6.    Discussion and possible action regarding a Stipulation for Judgment regarding property located at 289 Old Toll Road in case entitled S.X.S. Solutions LLC v. Michael D. Riccuti, et. al, Docket Number NNH-21-6119660-S, Superior Court, Judicial District of New Haven, a copy of which is on file at Madison Town Hall in the First Selectwoman’s Office 

7.    Discuss and take action to adopt resolution regarding opting out of Public Act 21-29 Accessory Apartment provisions

8.    Update on the Tennis Court Construction Project.

9.    Discuss and take action to award the Request for Proposal for the Brown Intermediate School Interior Renovations to W.J. Mountford Co. in the amount of $4,753,000.00 and to authorize the First Selectwoman to sign all contracts and documents associated with this award.

10.    Discuss and take action to approve the application for the CT DEEP Climate Resilience Fund Track 2; pending Board of Finance approval

11.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request of $78,395.00 for the emergency replacement of building UPS System at the Madison Police Department; pending Board of Finance approval 

12.    Discuss and take action to disband the Ad-Hoc ARP Funding Committee. 

13.    Discuss and take action to approve the ARP Round 12 projects; total expenditures not to exceed $20,000.00; pending Board of Finance approval 

14.    Discuss process for disbursement of remaining ARP Funds.

15.    Discuss and take action to approve the modified schedule of Town Campus Public Hours as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

16.    Report from Madison Police Department and Madison Youth and Family Services on Pilot Social Work Outreach Program
