1.    Call to order.

2.    Approval of minutes of Dec 1 meeting.

3.    Interface with Academy Building Committee.

--- Discuss when to make survey data available to the Building Committee.

--- Discuss possible dates for a joint meeting with the Building Committee.              

4.    Report on community outreach efforts  --- Lisa.

5.    Discuss schedule and volunteers for handing out postcards at future town events:  Tree Lighting 12/9 @ 5:30 PM.  Others?

6.    Discussion of Academy Public Survey results to date.

7.    Report from Scott on engaging teens with the survey.

8.    Report from Cultural Arts Subcommittee  --  studio art; culinary arts; theater; dance  ---  Joan, Sheri, Bill.

9.    Discuss (a) December committee meeting dates, and (b) scheduling of interest groups for interviews with the committee.                                                           

10.    Action items.

11.    Public comment.

12.    Adjournment.
