Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:
16-14. 390 Horsepond Road. Map 80, Lot 11. RU-2 District. Owner: Seashore Construction, Inc.; Applicant: Cornerstone Construction Services, Inc. Resubdivision of 17.5 acres into 8 lots.
At this meeting written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard. Information on the above applications is available in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
