At a meeting held on June 6, 2017, the Board took the following action:

8198+CSP.  292 Neck Road.  Map 12, Lot 2.  R-3 District.  Owners:  Jason & Elizabeth Gold; Applicant:  Duo Dickinson architect.  Request to vary Section 2.17 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit expansion of existing garage within the 50 ft. critical coastal resource.  Coastal Site Plan Review required.  Approved.

8201.  32 Forest Road.  Map 89, Lot 12.  RU-1 District.  Owner/Applicant:  Double Blade LLC.  Request to vary Sec. 5.5(f) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a side yard of 10 ft. where 30 ft. is required to construct an addition over the existing garage.  Approved.
