Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 3, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:
17-16. 875 Boston Post Road. Map 39, Lot 18. D/DVD District. Owner/Applicant: 875 Boston Post Road, LLC. Special Exception Permit Modification for construction of detached garage building to serve previously approved condominium project.
At this meeting written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard. Information on the above application is available in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
