Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:

17-19+CSP.  32 Mungertown Road.  Map 35, Lot 36.  T District.  Owner/Applicant:  Carrie B. Hick.  Special Exception Permit application for construction of a 3-story barn containing a 2-bedroom apartment, retail, service, and storage space.  Coastal Site Plan Review required.

17-20+CSP.  168-178 Cottage Road.  Map 32, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 14.  C & R-2 District.  Owners:  Marine Ventures III, LLC & 168 Cottage Road, LLC.  Special Exception Permit for a mixed-use development of 37 2-bedroom residential townhouses, retail, offices, marina and restaurant.  Coastal Site Plan required.
