At a meeting held on April 19, 2018, the Commission took the following action:

Kaiser Lane.  Recommend acceptance of Kaiser Lane in the Century Oaks Subdivision as a Town Road.  Approved.

18-14.   90 Liberty Street.  Map 29, Lot 61.  R-1 District.  Owner:  Renata Geremia; Applicant:  Bryan Geremia.  Lot Line Revision.  Approved.

18-15.  1362 Boston Post Road.  Salt Meadow Park.  Map 31, Lot 38/1.  R-2 District.  Site Plan Review Modification for a temporary Ballasted Ground Mounted Solar Array.  Tabled to May 3, 2018.

18-09.  391 Boston Post Road.  Map 36, Lot 40.  R-1 District.  Owner:  Guardiano Properties; Applicant:  Ralph Guardiano.  Special Exception Permit application to convert The Homestead congregate housing facility into a Bed & Breakfast.  Approved.

18-10+CSP.  175 Copse Road.  Map 47, Lot 6.  R-1 District.  Owner:  Debolina, LLC; Applicant:  The Grove School.  Special Exception Permit Modification application for a 1,200 sq. ft. one-story addition to the existing 4,000 sq. ft. Annex school building to also include a 20 ft. x 20 ft. entrance canopy and a covered walkway at the west end of the building.  Approved.

18-11+CSP.  63 Middle Beach Road.  Map 16, Lots 85 & 86.  R-4 District.  Owner:  Robert F. Schumann; Applicant:  63 Middle beach Road, LLC.  Application for deposit of approximately 2,000 cubic yards of earth fill material.  Commencement of Hearing Postponed to May 17, 2018.
