MADISON INLAND WETLANDS AGENCY

At a meeting held on July 2, 2018, the Agency took the following action:

18-09.  (6) Arrowhead/Meadow Lane.  Map 23, Lot 66. Owner/Applicant:  Magnus Klauka.  Regulated Activity Permit for construction of dwelling and improvements within the 100 ft. wetland review area.  Approved With Condition.

18-10.  Fort Path Road.  Map 36, Lot 25.  Owner:  Milano Properties, LLC; Applicant:  Milano Development.  Regulated Activity Permit for proposed three building commercial development with two self-storage units; driveways, parking areas; septic systems and utilities within the 100 ft. wetland review area.  Approved With Condition.
