MADISON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at 7:30 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:
18-25. Rear of 318 Horsepond Road. Map 80, Lot 19. Open Space Conservation District (OSCD) District. Owner/Applicant: Horsepond Estates, LLC. Resubdivision Application in an Open space Conservation District (OSCD) to divide 21.46 acres into 14 lots and open space. Continued from August 16, 2018.
18-27+CSP. Fort Path Road. Map 36, Lot 25. L-1 & R-1 Districts. Owner/Applicant: Madison Properties LLC. Special Exception Permit for three office/commercial buildings totaling 39,145 sq. ft. and two self-storage units totaling 3,300 sq. ft.
