Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:

18-31. 69 Sylvan Road. Map 41, Lot 31. R-1 District. Owners: James E. & Norma S. Bellemare; Applicant: Lawrence M. Bellemare. Request for resubdivision of Lot 12 in the Knob Hill Subdivision into two lots.

At this meeting written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard. Information on the above application is available in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
