Notice is hereby given that the Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 4, 2019, 7:00 P.M., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, Madison, Connecticut, to consider the following:
18-38. 6-9 Campus Drive. Map 68, Lot 49. Owner: Town of Madison; Applicant: William McMinn. Regulated Activity Permit for Geothermal Well installation for Town offices within 25 +/- ft. of an Inland Wetland.
At this hearing, written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard. The above application is available for inspection in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
