MADISON INLAND WETLANDS AGENCY

At a meeting held on December 2, 2019, the Agency took the following action:

18-42.  64 Surf Club Road.  Map 36, Lot 50.  Owner/Applicant:  Town of Madison.   Regulated Activity Permit for construction of a building addition to the Town of Madison Parks & Recreation maintenance building within the 100 ft. Inland Wetland Review area. Approved.

18-43.  16 Georgetown Circle.  Map 131, Lot 18.  Owner/Applicant:  Virginia Guilfoyle.  Regulated Activity Permit for solar lights around perimeter of pond.  Also seasonal aerator with three lights in the pond and decorative lighthouse at perimeter of pond.  Solar lights and lighthouse approved.  Aerator will be heard on January 6, 2020.
