Notice is hereby given that the Agency will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 2, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted remotely as a Zoom Online Webinar. The public is invited to attend by joining the webinar through either the webinar link or call-in information below.

Regulated Activity Permit for installation of a paver patio, fire pit, retaining wall and rock steps, propane tank/tanks, concrete pads, screen fence, and miscellaneous tree trimming. Also approval of previously installed landscaping and removal of some fencing, all in the 100 ft. wetland review area. Continued from October 5, 2020.
