TAX NOTICE
TOWN OF MADISON

The second installment of taxes on the grand list of October 1, 2016 is due January 1, 2018.

Also due January 1, 2018, is full payment of motor vehicle taxes on the supplemental list to the Grand List of October 1, 2016.

If any payment due January 1, 2018 is not made by February 1, 2018, said  payment becomes delinquent and subject to interest of 1½ % per month or fraction thereof from January 1, 2018 until paid, subject to a minimum interest charge of two dollars. 

Payments  may be made by cash or check at the Tax Office, 8 Campus Drive, Monday  through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, except holidays, or by mail to Tax  Collector, PO Box 587, Madison, CT 06443-0587. 

To pay taxes by credit card or electronic check, please see the Online Tax Payments page and follow the directions. There is a convenience fee charged by the servicing company.
