The Town of Madison has contracted with Vision Government Solutions, Inc. to complete the reappraisal and revaluation of all taxable and tax exempt real property located within the corporate limits of the Town of Madison, Connecticut effective for the October 1, 2018 Grand List as required by State Statute.

Representatives from Vision will be verifying information currently on file with the Assessor’s Office as well as visiting properties used in the sales analysis, commercial properties and properties with known physical changes.

All Representatives from Vision will be wearing identification badges and possess written documentation clearly stating the purpose of their visit.  Prior to admitting anyone into the premises, homeowners are encouraged to ask for this identification. The names and vehicles of Vision representatives are listed with the Police Department and Assessor’s Office.
