This Year’s Annual Green-up, Clean-up Day is just weeks away. Have we heard from you? Every year groups and individuals volunteer to help rid Madison roadsides and parks of the litter that has accumulated over the winter months. Annually, we collect between four and five TONS of trash. We hope that you will be able to assist in this effort this year in keeping Madison beautiful.
The Clean-up Day this year is Saturday, April 27th from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The collection sites are in front of Memorial Town Hall and the Roberts Food Center. Volunteers can pick up their gloves, garbage bags and pokers at either of these sites. If you have a specific area you’d like to clean, GREAT! If not, a location will be assigned to you and your group when you check in at either location. Please use the link below to register, or call the Selectman’s Office at 203-245-5602.
