On Monday, August 10, 2020, the Governor executed Executive Order No. 7MMM.  Any absentee ballot that is POSTMARKED by August 11, 2020 and received in the mail at the Town Clerk’s office by August 13, 2020 shall be counted and their totals included in the vote totals by each municipality.  The drop box will only be open to accept ballots until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.  The drop box will then be locked at 8:00 p.m. on August 11, 2020 and no additional absentee ballots can be accept for the August 11, 2020 Primary via drop box.

Preliminary totals will be announced Primary night with a supplemental filing to be filed at the end of week to reflect the additional absentee ballots received in the mail as a result of the Executive Order.
