The Town of Madison ad-hoc Affordable Housing Plan Committee completed a draft Affordable Housing Plan for consideration.  The Board of Selectmen scheduled a public hearing for May 23, 2022 at 6pm and details are available on the Town’s website.  The draft plan is available through both a link on the website’s home page and on the Affordable Housing page.  Written comments for the public hearing  and questions may be submitted directly to Erin Mannix, Town Planner at mannixe@madisonct.org.
