The Town of Madison is soliciting proposal from qualified architectural and/or engineering firms to assist the town with evaluation of its capital assets. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide the Town of Madison with a comprehensive data base of the facilities owned by the town as well as the quantitative data for such. This request for proposal will also solicit proposals to provide a comprehensive facilities conditions assessment of the facilities as well.

Addendum#1 6/11/2020
The Town of Madison is issuing this Addendum to the Request for Proposals named-above (the “RFP”) to respond to questions and requests for clarifications that Colliers International received regarding the RFP, as well as issue additional information that shall be incorporated as part of the RFP. Also attached is an updated Appendix B (List of Town Facilities) and a list of properties previously studied.
