Removal of Brush, Stumps, Logs and Wood

The Town of Madison, Connecticut is seeking bids from qualified contractor to provide removal
and disposal of all brush, stumps, logs and wood stockpiled at the Brush & Leaf Disposal Facility at Ridge Road in Madison, Connecticut.

Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form provided in the project Specifications to the
Director of Public Works, John J. Iennaco, by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021 via
email at .

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Brush & Leaf Disposal Facility at the end of
Ridge Road in Madison, Connecticut at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
Attendance is required in order to submit a bid.

The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in
bids, to reject any or all bids, and to accept a bid that, in its sole discretion is in the best interest
of the Town of Madison.

The successful bidder is required to comply with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,
the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, Executive Orders 3, 17, 11246, 11375, 11478,
and if applicable, the Connecticut Fair Employment Practice Law.
